Our Story
After the pandemic, we noticed there was no more chess tournaments for kids in Ottawa and many parents complained a lack of resources for their kids' chess development. We decided to take matters into our own hands and create Ottawa Chess Knights, a premier chess club for kids in Ottawa. We host a variety of chess tournaments, classes, and other events that provide kids with the opportunity to play against each other, make friends, and have fun. Our goal is to build a strong community of young chess players and promote the game of chess as a fun and engaging activity for kids.
At Ottawa Chess Knights, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our young members. We have a team of experienced coaches who are passionate about teaching chess to kids. Our classes are designed to be engaging and fun, while also providing a solid foundation in chess strategy and techniques.
